NOTE: 

If you are having trouble viewing most of the videos, the odds are good that you need to install the divx codec. You can get the divx codec for free from the divx website. If there are only a couple of videos that you cannot view, you might try installing the indeo 5.1 codec. Other than that, the few really old small videos use the cinepak codec, which should be supported by your standard media player as long as you are running Win95 or newer.

XP Users:  If you are still having trouble playing videos after installing the 2 codec files above then the XP Codec Pack should fix your problem.
